This is a picture of a traditional Japanese public toilet. Going number 1 is a sinch; going number 2 is harder. Because the "squating" position is the technique used to accomplish this mission, the need for flexibility is a must. Notice there are no hand rails for stability. Good luck.

that's why they less inidence of hemorroides :), the ideal posture for [evacuation] is the squatting position, with the thighs flexed upon the abdomen. In this way the capacity of the abdominal cavity is greatly diminished and intra-abdominal pressure is increased, thus encouraging expulsion :), great pic Juanito

Thank you john for sharing the experience. Can you believe we have the same toilet in Morocco. I am so excited, I have something common with Japan. Squating is a good exercise...
